  •  All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
  •  In the event of a pricing error, Pola reserves the right to cancel or refuse the affected order.

4. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Pola reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  •  Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  •  Suspected fraudulent activity
  •  Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

If payment has been made for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued accordingly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Pola currently ships within Malaysia only. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pola shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services after the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout, including name, contact number, email address, and shipping address, is accurate and complete.

Pola will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
